My huge swollen preggo "Shrek" feet

It's my 31st birthday. My left pinky is numb, due to carpal tunnel due to swelling due to pregnancy. My feet are killing me, due to swelling due to pregnancy. It's absolute misery. Hurts to walk. Feels like there are bones breaking in my feet because of all the swelling. And no, propping them up dosn't seem to help. But being on them makes them worse!
